I’m Leah, and my journey began after the heartbreaking loss of my eldest son, Kion, in 2019. Out of that pain grew a new purpose—to support and uplift families raising children with disabilities.
At Kion’s House, we understand the daily challenges parents face while balancing work, home, and the search for quality care. That’s why we’re here: to connect families with resources, guidance, and a community that truly understands.
We proudly serve families across Pennsylvania and New Jersey, offering clear, accessible information about services, costs, and specialized supports. As we prepare to open our New Jersey Center, our vision is simple: to provide a nurturing space where children can grow socially, thrive in supportive environments, and where parents feel empowered and never alone.

Our mission is to walk alongside disabled youth and their families by providing thoughtful, personalized services that honor each individual’s journey. We believe in meeting people where they are to provide the services they need, while honoring choice and readiness—recognizing that true support begins when individuals and families are open to receiving it.
